Medical Receptionist

Our CBD based Not-for Profit Client, a leading provider in workplace counselling services, is seeking a driven and compassionate Receptionist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday)

Location: Perth CBD

Daily Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri: 8:30am - 5pm, Weds: 12pm - 8pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full Time Permanent role

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Act as the representing first point of contact for all clients, welcoming them, and signing them into appointments.
- Managing a steady flow of inbound calls from clients looking to book appointments or seeking information on services.
- Conducting follow up calls to clients seeking outstanding paperwork.
- Making amendments to any cancelled / rescheduled appointments
- Diary management - working closely with the clinicians to ensure no appointment clashes.
- Managing a busy inbox of queries answer responding or directing in a pleasant, prompt, accurate and efficient manner
- Following a step by step booking process in accordance with each client's contract and requirements.

**Experience Required**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role such as medical reception or working with Allied Health Professionals
- The ability to work autonomously and part of a team with distinctive proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders effectively.
- Must have the ability to learn and work across multiple in-house systems and follow processes.
- Must be presentable and personable, with a compassionate yet resilient character.
- Must have a can-do attitude and a willingness to help with variety of tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
