**Architectural Documenter / Experienced Graduate of Architecture**

S-E Melbourne. Full time / part time (min. 4 days pw)

**You are **_(our new superhero)_
- a skilled and thorough documenter (min. 3 years’ experience), able to independently prepare documentation packages for planning and building permit approvals across townhouses, apartments, commercial & childcare centre projects.

You basically love architecture _and_
- have a thorough understanding of the Planning regulatory environment, NCC, relevant Australian Standards
- love design development, “nutting-out” construction details, 3d modelling, project coordination including communicating with councils, external consultants and clients
- are proficient with Revit and AutoCAD and can ideally use Sketchup / Twin motion / photoshop / Illustrator for 3d renders and architectural presentation
- have qualifications and experience acquired in Victoria, can legally work full time in Victoria & can drive to work / to site visits
- have amazing verbal and written communication skills
- are organized with a strong work ethic and believe you would thrive within our team culture
- preferably have some exposure to contract administration / construction stage services
- are able to commit to an office based, medium / long term contract
