We are always on the lookout for good **Clinical Research Associates** to join the Group in Newcastle, working on innovative national and international clinical trials at various stages of the trial life cycle.

In this role, you will:

- Proactively manage the progress of assigned trials
- Establish and maintain communication lines with sites to manage expectations and queries
- Enter and maintain data efficiently and accurately using an in-house database.
- Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Support and participate in continuous improvement of processes

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in:

- Science;
- Clinical/life sciences;
- Health;
- Nursing; or
- Research
- Experience in coordination of clinical trials (Oncology experience is desirable)
- Strong prioritisation, problem solving and time management skills
- The ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and opportunities
- High proficiency in computer programs and clinical trial management systems
- The ability and willingness to travel nationally and infrequently to New Zealand as required (typically 1 week per month).
