About the role

We are looking for a Network Credit Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the Network Credit Manager, your primary function will be to manage debtor exposures and maximise the collection of overdue customer accounts for Elders. This includes assisting the Regional Credit Manager in the the management of a small team of credit management officers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with major clients and assist with establishment of new credit accounts.
- Monitor and coordinate credit reviews.
- Prepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval.
- Work to maximise the recovery of overdue and provisioned debts.
- Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions.
- Proactively assist/engage the business, by reviewing over limit or expired accounts.
- Prepare miscellaneous reports and recommendations for GM Credit and/or Zone Management.
- Vist branches and attend network conferences to deliver Credit training presentations
- Contribute to the team’s business plan.
- Work constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture.
- Role model and embed the One Elders values.
- Ensure solutions are cost and resource effective for the business.
- Manage personal expenses to maximise the budget.
- Additional duties to deliver team requirements as may be required.

About you
- Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- At least 5 years business management experience at a senior level
- Experience leading a team in a flexible working environment
- Sound knowledge of credit management policies and processes
- Advanced client relationship management skills
- Advanced computer skills (strong excel and data analysis skills)
- Enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to manage a complex workload
- Understanding of agribusiness and Elders’ operations is desirable.
- Ordinary unencumbered driver’s licence.
