Ray White Albion Park are growing their team. Join Australasia’s leading Real Estate brand in a fast-paced sales agent role. Ray White Albion Park is looking to expand their sales team, searching for a highly motivated, professional individual with previous experience in the industry.

**The Role**:
Applicants are required to have a strong passion for the industry, strong suburb & market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high-quality customer service skills, willingness to learn office processes and sound computer skills.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Listing & Selling properties
- Business development
- Prospecting and generating leads
- Database management
- Diary management/organise appointments
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Attending meetings with photographers and consultants
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Conduct open homes and buyer inspections

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current Real Estate Assistant Agent Certificate or License
- Hold a current driver's license & own car
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Passionate about the industry
- Available to work Saturdays
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (preferred)
