**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Specialist who will contribute to the growth of our business and provide amazing customer service. You will be joining a small sales team at a family owned business that owns and manages its site in Clayton South.

The primary focus of the position is to deliver our great product to our customers, but also drive sales opportunities to increase our retail market share.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Visiting new places where people enjoy our meals - gyms, training centres, supplement, fitness and health stores
- Assisting the sales team with new business leads onboarding
- Building relationships with our retailers and assist with visual merchandising / planogram layouts
- Communicating with the broader sales team throughout the day - passing on new business leads if required

**About You**
The ideal applicant will:

- Have a clean driving record
- Enjoy talking to customers and build successful rapport
- Be motivated and have a willingness to learn
- Be KPI-oriented
- Be fit and healthy, with the energy to work a full day
- Have excellent communication and follow up skills
