- Join Our Groundwater & Hydrogeology Team - Perth

We're on the hunt for a Principal Hydrogeologist to lead projects and mentor junior staff as part of our expanding Western Australian team. You'll work closely with high-performing professionals on a range of environmental, infrastructure, mining and water resource projects across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing- Leading hydrogeological investigations and groundwater impact assessments- Developing conceptual and numerical groundwater models- Designing and interpreting aquifer testing programs- Managing regulatory approvals and stakeholder engagement- Preparing technical reports and peer reviews- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development

What You’ll Need- Degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geology or related discipline- Minimum 8+ years' consulting experience in groundwater projects- Strong knowledge of WA regulatory frameworks and groundwater legislation- Experience with MODFLOW, FEFLOW or similar modelling tools- A confident communicator who can lead projects and guide clients- A desire to build and inspire a team around you
