Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled hydrogeologist to join our organization. As a principal hydrogeologist, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and execution of complex hydrogeological investigations and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of groundwater assessments, dewatering, and contamination studies
  • Provide expert technical guidance on groundwater modeling (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW) and field investigation
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct engagement and strategic input
  • Contribute to and review high-quality technical reports and regulatory submissions
  • Mentor junior and mid-level hydrogeologists, fostering a culture of technical excellence

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in hydrogeology, ideally in consulting
  • Demonstrated expertise in groundwater modeling and field investigation
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering high-value solutions
  • Strong report writing and verbal communication skills
  • Chartered/Registered Professional status highly regarded
