**Principal Hydrogeologist Role**
">Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled hydrogeologist to join our organization. As a principal hydrogeologist, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and execution of complex hydrogeological investigations and modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of groundwater assessments, dewatering, and contamination studies
- Provide expert technical guidance on groundwater modeling (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW) and field investigation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct engagement and strategic input
- Contribute to and review high-quality technical reports and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior and mid-level hydrogeologists, fostering a culture of technical excellence
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in hydrogeology, ideally in consulting
- Demonstrated expertise in groundwater modeling and field investigation
- Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering high-value solutions
- Strong report writing and verbal communication skills
- Chartered/Registered Professional status highly regarded
