Elements of Byron is an award-winning beach front resort nestled on 50 acres of absolute beach front paradise. Reporting to our Resort Operations Manager, **the role of Food and Beverage Manager works across our Restaurant and multiple Food and Beverage outlets** set across our 50-acre property. We are looking for a strong leader who is currently working in a similar role within a Resort or Boutique Hotel with multiple F & B outlets.
You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Room Division Manager, developing strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure efficient, customer service focused delivery and the achievement of business objectives, profit targets and quality standards. Develop and implement a Food and Beverage strategy to maximise profit and customer satisfaction through innovative product differentiation and service standards.
Our people are what make our property so unique, you will lead, develop and mentor your Food and Beverage team of up to 50 staff, through the on-going development and delivery of detailed training, focused orientation and on-going training initiatives.
By leading by example, you will drive performance by setting metrics and benchmarks while identifying opportunities for continuous improvements. Your passion for our industry will see you stay up to date with industry trends and innovation.

Requirements*
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role within a 4/5-star hotel/resort or a venue with multiple food and beverage outlets.
- Professional qualifications in Hospitality Management highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience developing and managing a large team
- Strong business acumen including demonstrated experience with budgets, revenues, and cost factors.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a clear focus on quality and service standards.
- Multi-outlet management experience - a la carte experience essential.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Excellent grooming and presentation.
- Current NSW RSA

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
