**The Role**
We’re looking for compassionate and motivated **Disability & Mental Health Support Workers** to join us on a **casual or part-time basis**. Whether you’re experienced in the field, currently studying, or just starting out and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you

Your role will include:

- Providing in-home and community-based support
- Helping with daily tasks like light housekeeping and transportation
- Encouraging independence and personal growth
- Keeping records and using our easy-to-use app for shifts
- Most importantly—making a real difference in someone’s life

We take the time to match you with the right participants. You’ll get a **supported meet & greet**, plenty of **buddy shifts**, and **training** to make sure both you and the participant feel comfortable and happy.

**Who We’re Looking For**
We hire based on **passion, personality, and a genuine desire to help**—qualifications are great, but **kindness, motivation, and a willingness to learn** are what really matter. If you have lived experience with disability or mental health, that’s a huge bonus

Essential qualities:

- Compassionate, fun, and supportive
- Open to learning about different conditions (trauma, depression, anxiety, disability, etc.)
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a great communicator

**What You’ll Need (or Be Willing to Get)**
- Blue Card & Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s license + car with full comprehensive insurance

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $62,587.30 - $123,870.28 per year

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
