**Your role**
Our Business Investigations team undertakes investigations into reports of possible or actual breaches of our clients' policies across a broad range of areas including sexual harassment, bullying, retaliation, discrimination, conflicts of interest and fraud. Our team also conducts culture reviews, investigations training and assists clients to set up their own investigation frameworks, as well as progressing knowledge management and business development projects in the team.
As an Investigator in our Business Investigations team you will:
- Conduct thorough and accurate investigations based on best practice
- Analyse conduct in light of workplace policies including in relation to sexual harassment, bullying, retaliation, conflicts of interest and fraud.
- Draft high quality investigation reports that contain clear findings based on all available and relevant evidence
- Project manage investigations processes to meet individual client needs and expectations

**About you**
This role is a great opportunity for associate-level and above employment lawyers who love investigations and who want to consolidate a speciality in this area.
You will:
- Have a Law degree and a background in ER/HR/IR, employment law, investigations or internal audit
- Have experience working at a professional services firm, a large corporate or a government investigations team
- Be self-directed and able to own and run an investigation end-to-end within specified timeframes, moving quickly to minimise stress and anxiety on those involved in the investigation
- Have a flexible approach to hours to accommodate interstate and international time zones
- Communicate matter progress and escalate any issues proactively and clearly
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Have strong plain English drafting skills
- Be able to multi-task and conduct multiple investigations simultaneously
- Have a desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others
