We currently have a new position in our IT and Software Development team working in a hybrid role that encompasses development of detailed documentation of hardware and software systems as well as the ongoing administration of IT related projects both internal and external to the business. This role is one of the key points of contact for the business to the IT team, and the IT team with external suppliers.

Working in small team, your key duties will include:

- Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents about software and systems, system operations, testing, and user guides
- Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
- Be a secondary contact for third parties, managing and maintaining relationships
- Assist with managing and monitoring project plans, project schedules and procurement
- Assist with, and be a part of the rollout of new technologies within the IT team
- Write, format, edit and review procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users
