We have multiple opportunities available for **Civil Operators & Labourers** who are looking to develop their career or are keen to move into the Road and Civil Construction Industry. This role will suit someone looking for an all-rounder type of job with aspirations to become a leading hand / supervisor in the coming years. This role will be based with our experienced team in Maddington, WA.

**What you’ll bring**
- Current **General Construction Induction** card
- Proven ability in the **operation of mobile plant machinery** and equipment
- Previous experience in the civil construction industry
- A strong **‘team player’** with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
- The ability to work regionally when required.
- Current Medium Rigid Truck Licence - preferred but not necessary
