We are currently looking for an Asphalt Foreperson to join our WA Pavements team based in Maddington. Experience in the Roads Industry, particularly with asphalt, will be highly regarded. If you are a senior member of an asphalt crew or already a leading hand / foreperson this role is for you

**What you’ll bring
You will be responsible for overseeing Asphalt Crews in their duties laying bituminous and other paving material on roads, runways, parking areas and other surfaces to be paved.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Civil Road Construction Industry
- Valid HR Licence Minimum
- Ability to coordinating and prioritise duties on site
- Demonstrable experience running crews
- A detailed understanding of Road projects
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
