**Provide Excellence in Healthcare: Nursing Administrative Assistant Role Available Now**

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Administrative Team Leader - ICU, some of your duties as the Nursing Administrative Assistant may involve:

- Ensuring accurate data entry into the electronic nurse roster system reflecting actual working roster for nursing staff in ICU.
- Inputting roster requests and managing the casual roster.
- Filing staff documentation.
- Ensuring that the Department of Human Services Working with Children Checks for nursing staff are up to date and maintaining an ongoing register.

**About you**:

- Proven organisational skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a team whilst managing own workload.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to empathise.
- Proven ability to work without supervision, to manage high volumes of work, to set and meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise activities to provide efficient services.
