About you

Leaning on your prior communications and marketing experience we need your creative and innovative thinking to deliver engaging, successful campaigns and events to grow general market understanding of the work we do and its positive impact for our clients and our reputation. You are a wiz social media, being able to cut through the noise to get our important messages and stories out. You love supporting others to create events, digital communications, media and publicity relevant to the work we do. Of course, you are an amazing communicator able to communicate and connect with people easily and simply, able to distil sometimes complex issues into readily understandable information. Importantly, Argyle Housing’s purpose engages you and our organisational values are aligned with your personal values.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The Role

Communications and Marketing Assistant will work as part of the Team and be responsible for;
Brand Management - Act as a brand guardian on behalf of Argyle Housing, maintain correct logo usage, being an authority of what is on and off brand, and maintain and adhering to brand guidelines both internally and externally
Building and maintaining Argyle Housing’s local, and national media contact and key stakeholder’s database list
Capturing, creating, scheduling and reporting on social media activity in line with strategy.
Keeping the website content fresh, accurate and relevant.
- Contributing innovative and creative thinking to the development of the Communications Strategy.

Participating in networking events and forums and being an active member of the community housing sector to contribute to the positive reputation of the organisation.
