Viva Energy is in the midst of one of the biggest transformations our business has seen. The Viva Energy Retail team is working to build Australia’s largest Convenience Retailer - with an expansive footprint, an amazing customer offer and a highly engaged team.
Energy is a critical input and significant cost for our Retail business which includes a network of over 700 “Express” fuel and convenience stores nationally. We are continually looking for ways to improve how we purchase and consume energy, and to reduce the greenhouse emissions associated with it.
As a Cards Analyst you will support business management processes and initiatives. Leveraging your analytical skills to drive insights, identify opportunities for improvements, and enhance value by optimising processes for our Customers. You will be encouraged to lead your own way, you will also be empowered, and encouraged to be accountable for making an impact, no matter how big or small.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data using the appropriate tools and other relevant sources to gather requirements, address inquiries, and foster alignment on Shell Card initiatives.
- Project manage all components of cross functional projects, critical to business success.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Network lead and Sales units, to recognise opportunities in Network gaps. Including the negotiation of agreements and commercials between both parties.
- Shell Card Portal Product Owner working with functional teams including supporting IT lead, abiltily to identify enhancements within the portal.
- Manage and maintain requirements, end to end ensuring teams have the right information, the right amount of detail and at the right time. You will own the backlog.
- Proactively identify, manage, or escalate risks and issues, developing and researching options for remediation or mitigation.
- Other duties as required from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have the following;
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum 12 months - experience as a business analyst, or Project Manager.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
