**About the Role**

This role provides superior client and administrative support to the Home Care and Mental Health Scheduling, Wellness and Customer Connect teams and be a focal point for taking first line enquiries, and assisting to provide all internal and external clients are provided with an exceptional customer experience.

This is a part time positions of 45 hours a fortnight working in our central office in Rivervale, WA.

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- Works collaboratively as back up and leave and busy period cover for the scheduling team to ensure effective scheduling and communication regarding service changes are made in a timely manner.
- First line response to promptly attend to voice mail messages for Scheduling calls, in particular can prioritise urgent calls and ensure these are directed to the right person to resolve quickly.
- Provides a responsive service to resolve client queries relating to service delivery queries on costs in the monthly statements.
- Assist to coordinate ad hoc mail outs to clients.
- Contribute to the collation and delivery of monthly time keeping and audit of employee time sheets to payroll.
- Actively utilises the CRM as appropriate to record, maintain and store meaning information to promote a client centric experience.
- Works collaboratively with teams to ensure ongoing improvements to customer service and client referrals by ensuring initial phone calls are answered in a timely manner.

**About You**

Ideally this person will have administrative experience working in a health care setting.

- To be Comply with criminal history checks as per the Aged Care Act 1997. This includes production of a satisfactory National Police Clearance and completion of a statutory declaration prior to commencement of employment and every three (3) years thereafter
- Working rights in Australia
- Consent to obtaining an annual influenza vaccination and COVID vaccinations in accordance with Federal legislation
