- Full-Time (Sunday to Thursday roster)

**The Role**:
The Retail Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting the overall operations of the Ultra Football retail store. This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, Maintaining store stock, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and provide assistance as needed.

Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.

Assist customers with purchases and make product recommendations.

Upsell and cross sell products to make sales targets.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Assist in opening and closing the store.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.

Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

Restock displays and ensure products are optimally displayed.

Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies as required.

Assist in setting up and maintaining promotional displays.

Ensure all products and priced and labelled correctly.

Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Communicate effectively with management and report any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role required

Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.

**Skills**:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
