About the role: We are looking for reliable and committed support workers to assist and support NDIS clients in their everyday living - providing community support and care, including personal tasks / care, medication assistance, domestic assistance, social support & appointments / outing's, transport, meal preparation, interaction and much much more.
- Requirements:_
- MUST be fully Covid vaccinated (all 3 x vaccines required)_
- Influenza vaccine (preferred not essential)_
- NDIS workers clearance required_
- Able to work independently_
- Current valid First Aid certificate & CPR (must be valid)_
- Current driving license & reliable vehicle
- willing to travel _
- Cert 3 (Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community services, Disability work or similar) with industry experience_
- NDIS Commission and Safeguard Certificates - online training modules x 4_
- Flexibility to work across various shifts which will include am, pm, sleep over shifts & weekend shifts_
- Good communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal_
- Understanding and commitment to a person-centered model of practice_

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.76 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
