Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will co-manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, working 30 hours a week. You'll have the support of a Coordinator, state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Co-lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Co-manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
