Overview:
Researchers are following processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from their Supervisors on the required productivity and quality of work. This role covers entry level and more experienced Researchers, as well as Verifications conducted in English, as well as other languages (as required).

(PR) More specifically, Researchers are responsible for the day-to-day process of completing (as applicable) criminal, credit and DB records for Clients, consistent with all HireRight guidelines. Other duties may also be assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assigns case components for processing
- Verifies requests that require sensitivity to customer processes and guidelines
- Verifies internal requests
- Conducts telephone interviews with professional references to assess job applicant's previous work history
- Analyses and evaluates applicability of collected data
- Persistently finds the appropriate source to verify information, including multiple organizations and levels of authority
- Assists with onboarding, training, and coaching of new personnel.
- Ensures high attention to detail, accuracy of grammar and spelling, use of proper judgment in research and interviews conducted and reports accurate content;

Must pass weekly and monthly quality standards as well as live call monitoring standards.

Qualifications:
Higher School Certificate, Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent

**Experience**:
Must have skills of lead-in roles, plus:

- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to analyse data;
- Ability to handle sensitive accounts.
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with major work on in-bound or out-bound calls preferred;
- Previous customer service experience recommended
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM preferred
