**Job Description**:

The role
We’re looking for a digital project manager with 2+ years’ experience producing and delivering paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred). In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders both internal (sales, operations, finance) and external (clients, production partners) to develop and deliver innovative, creative solutions for our advertising partners.

A day in the life of

Coordinate with our commercial teams, trade marketing, editorial and external partners to transform client briefs into impactful digital creatives.
Support sales to demonstrate the value of Labs products and services, increasing the investment share for these solutions.
Work with editorial and our external partners to produce storyboards, articles, videos and
infographics for our clients.
Work with sales leads and operations to manage end-to-end paid social, display and video campaigns.
Coordinate with operations on the testing and optimization of ad copy and audience targeting.
Stay abreast of trends and changes in digital media and educate internal stakeholders on innovations.
Produce and present campaign performance reports and summaries for our key accounts.
Act as the key liaison with our external suppliers for invoicing, production quotes and onboarding.
Support finance with reconciliations and manage the Innovation Labs P&L

Proficiency managing project deadlines and maintaining production management documentation.
Proficiency building and maintaining a client budget across multiple projects and managing legal, compliance and contractual decisions.
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, maintaining an organised process that ensures all projects deliver on time and on budget.
Experience in both video and digital production, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience working in an agency or client side, planning and managing social and digital display campaigns.
Knowledge of Google analytics and/or business intelligence dashboards.
Attention to detail and confidence to work autonomously.
