- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage deliverables, and address defects, seeking relevant approvals as needed.
- Manage end-to-end production, delivery, and release management processes, coordinating with release management and testing teams for overnight releases across development and production environments.
- Support Senior Digital Producers and Digital Producers in their respective roles.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines, consistently delivering projects on time.
- Offer innovative solutions to challenges, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
- Manage product catalogue feed into the CMS effectively.
