"WE HEAR U" is a leading NDIS organization committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding participants, building connections with Support Coordinators, expanding our business, providing case management for our clients, at times handling rostering tasks, and delivering value for our services within the disability support community. Your flexibility and willingness to adapt to such possibilities will be valued and appreciated as we continue to strive for comprehensive and holistic care for our clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or a similar role in the disability support sector or related industries.
- Excellent networking abilities and the ability to establish rapport with Support Coordinators, participants, their families, and key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of onboarding participants, expanding business, providing case management, and delivering value-added services.
- Familiarity with NDIS regulations and the disability support industry is advantageous.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in Disability Care and working within the NDIS industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills & Proficient in English language.

Valid and updated First Aid & CPR certification.

Possession of a valid Driver's License and access to your own car with comprehensive insurance.

Current Police Check.

Working With Children Check.

NDIS Worker Screener Check.

Completed COVID-19 Infection Control Training.

NDIS Module Certificate.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
