**THE OPPORTUNITY**
DOGUE is expanding and we currently have a new exciting opportunity to join our HQ Team in the role of HR Administrator (Recruitment & Onboarding). The role involves:
- Coordinating recruitment for all of our business units including:
- Drafting advertisements & position descriptions
- Posting ads using Job Seeker, Seek and other recruitment platforms
- Conducting initial screening interviews
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Assisting with onboarding of new joiners
- Assisting with other HR related Administration work including updating documentation, training coordination and other administrative assistance for the management team.
**ABOUT YOU**
You are organised & tech savvy with a background in recruitment and HR. You will also have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or similar related field
- Prior working experience with recruitment platforms like JobAdder and Seek
- Results driven, self-motivated and confident to work with autonomy
- Competent working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and resilience
- Ability to set and achieve goals, targets and KPIs
- Professional and positive attitude
- Focused on excellent service and delivery for our stakeholders
- Must love dogs
