Less tax = more take home pay for you - In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.) - An Employee Assistance Program - a free and confidential counselling service available to all staff and their family members - Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance Plans, whitegoods and appliances - Paid Parental Leave and Salary Continuance - Free flu vaccinations - Onsite café, onsite parking (where available) and close to public transport **A little bit about the role**: As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Fulfilment Standards Specialist.** - Using knowledge of contemporary NDIS, rostering and billing best practices, assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a process framework. - Consulting with stakeholders, reviewing and updating processes and procedures specific to service operations in compliance with internal and external requirements and standards - Identifying and supporting the implementation of process improvement opportunities - Maintaining Policy and Procedure Registers to ensure for timely planning and reviewing - Working in partnership with key internal stakeholders to resolve barriers affecting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives - Maintaining procedure review schedules that are focused on assisting the Customer Fulfilment team to remain compliant with legislative and organisational obligations, whilst focusing on continuous improvement - Communicating effectively within the broader team to build rapport and maintain efficient and professional working relationships - Planning, coordinating and conducting meetings to discuss operational procedures and provide on-going training to the team as needed **What will you bring**: - Qualifications or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, or Community Service - Demonstrated experience in community services and/or not for profit environment (preferred) - Experience in using Carelink+ (customer management system) (desirable) - Experience establishing quality standards frameworks for complex organisations. - Demonstrates an advanced use and operation of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite products - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of data. **How you can apply** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check.** Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
