THE ROLE
As the Technical Support Officer (TSO) you will be an integral part of the Housing Call Centre (HCC) in a role focused solely on providing exceptional technical support to the Care Services and Specialist Disability Accommodation programs. The TSO will be part of a highly functioning client focused team offering flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.

In this challenging and rewarding role you will use your well-developed technical and customer service skills to work with stakeholders across the state to improve outcomes for clients in Out of Home Care and Specialist Disability Accommodation through provision of timely maintenance services. The TSO role is your opportunity to improve the living environment for our young people in care services and residents in special disability settings.

The TSO you will assist with the training, technical support, and service improvement of this specific team supporting staff in maintaining best practice requirements and assist with management of escalated customer complaints and stakeholder management. The TSO also assists staff with their developmental needs and day to day technical queries. In this role, you will be responsible for not only assisting staff and stakeholders but also to provide reporting, focuses, efficiencies and barriers to meeting our daily objectives.

In this role you will play an integral role with our service partners in understanding the needs of their programs and how we can contribute to a safe, homely and comfortable environment.
