THE ROLE
The Team Coordinator is an opportunity to be responsible for providing high quality leadership and direction to a team of Housing Customer Service Officers (HCSO's) and a VPS3 Technical Support Officer (TSO). Offering flexible working arrangements the Team Coordinator will monitor staff performance, provide one on one feedback with team members, coaching and mentoring as well as promoting and supporting staff professional development.

In this challenging and rewarding role you will use your well-developed engagement skills to work with stakeholders across the state to improve outcomes for clients in Out of Home Care and Specialist Disability Accommodation through provision of timely maintenance services. The Team Coordinator role is your opportunity to improve the living environment for our young people in care services and residents in special disability settings.

As a Team Coordinator, you will oversee the operations of the Care Service and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) programs, including the management of not only staff but also centre targets, reporting, stakeholder management, IT, complaints and administrative functions.

In this role you will play an integral role with our service partners in understanding the needs of their programs and how we can contribute to a safe, homely and comfortable environment.
