This is **Full Time Permanent **position, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm on a shift roster. This role provides coverage to all our Gold Coast clinics including Varsity Lakes, Robina and Southport.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
