The Production Assurance team at Xodus provides consultancy services to the energy industry. It provides the glue that brings together the source of production to the delivery location. As a truly integrated consultancy, we bring together a range of technical specialists with the right skills and experience to solve our clients’ challenges in the identification and selection of the optimum developments, and the path to realise their value.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Production Assurance team within the Asia Pacific region and steward the development of the group in the next stage of its growth. In leading a small and dynamic team, you will support existing and new clients by developing their projects across a broad range of technologies. In particular, the work will support our clients in their contribution to the Energy Transition and therefore you will have a keen interest or experience in emerging technologies such as CO2 transport and storage, hydrogen and ammonia.
Also, as Production Assurance Manager, you will be part of the APAC Leadership Team for Xodus and help develop strategy and execute initiatives, thereby driving the company towards its goals in the region.
Overall Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Vice President APAC, your primary accountability is the award and commercially successful delivery of projects in the APAC region. It is acknowledged that this role will have a very strong link to Xodus’ other disciplines, in particular Energy Developments, Subsea and Process and Facilities. You will be accountable for the strategic direction of the Production Assurance team in APAC, which must align with the Xodus 5 Year Vision and strategy for the APAC region, whilst recognising the changing needs of the energy market in an energy transitioning world.
Within your team you will be responsible for the recruitment, performance and development of personnel aligned with the strategic goals of the team and the company. You will also be responsible for the allocation of personnel to assignments that best meet the needs of the projects and the development needs of the personnel.
You will be directly responsible for techno-commercial success of projects where you are the nominated Project Manager.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing strategic direction and technical leadership for the Production Assurance team in APAC.
- Fully accountable for identifying, winning, and executing projects in APAC.
- Key contributing member of the APAC leadership team though collaborative working, integration across disciplines and hubs.
- Deliver Xodus Group KPI’s providing strategic direction and technical leadership for the Production Assurance team.
- Support the business development plans for the Production Assurance team and region including identifying business opportunities, leading, and supporting proposal tendering, and promoting excellent client relationships.
- Manage the recruitment, allocation, performance, and development of personnel in your team in line with current and future capability needs and building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Role model for the team behaviours that embody the company values of trust, responsibility and excellence and promote an inclusive culture.
- Ensure that all legislative and HSEQ procedures and standards are applied to provide a consistent, safe, and secure environment for all Xodus personnel, clients, and stakeholders.
- Review and approve tender proposals in line with Xodus' contract management procedure.
