Administration Assistant/receptionist

**Calm Space Psychology Services **is a boutique private practice in Jimboomba providing individual and group psychology and counselling services to children, adolescents, and adults with a warm, caring, and empathetic approach. **Your responsibilities and duties**
- Provide a positive, caring, and supported space for clients
- Diary management and appointment bookings
- Complete new client intake calls and manage client concerns
- Tidying, filing, and general upkeep of the clinic
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
- Implement clinic procedures and policies
- Attend to requests from clients, clinicians, and management

- Sound administrative skills, including the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work productively both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and implement new processes quickly
- Possess a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willing to obtain one

**Desirable criteria**
- Ability to work mornings and during school holidays
- Flexibility and understanding that work hours may fluctuate to manage needs

Commencement date is flexible.
