**Permanent Part-time Receptionist**

Signature Care presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of residential aged care into the future during a period of significant change.

We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist, with Aged Care Experience preferable, to assist in developing our state of the art 144 bed aged care residence based in Jimboomba. This position is 35 hours per fortnight.

You must be highly organized, comfortable with learning new technology, discrete, and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.

Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all enquiries from our residents, staff, family, and friends that come to the residence both face to face and over the phone. You would be completing the full range of front desk and administrative support and follow up.
