**What progress will you make?**

We provide a full suite of Securities Services in more than 100 markets, including our proprietary network of over 60 branches and across 23 fund domiciles. Our solutions include custody, clearing, asset servicing, fund administration, ETF services, middle office, agency securities lending, collateral management, transfer agency, and fiduciary services..

This role will be responsible for assembling and managing the TA operational streams of the Transfer Agency APAC Digital First Program. The goal, in collaboration with Technology and Product partners is to define and execute an implementation approach and project plan which is in line with Digital Strategy for Transfer Agency in APAC.

The person will be responsible for the delivery of all operational aspects of the program including but not limited to designing the operating model in collaboration with Product partners, leading operational requirements gathering, operational resourcing, training, documentation, testing operational readiness, migration and operational execution for each milestone and immediate post production oversight etc... A close and effective working relationship with internal partners in the Digital First Program, Technology, Product, and eventually Client Executive and Account Management.

This will form part of our Transfer Agency Digital First Leadership Team and will be expected to make decisions in that capacity and/or escalate to the Global Head of Transfer Agency Operations and the Digital First Program, as required. They will participate/lead presentations to senior management on operational status.

**In this role, you’re expected to**:

- With Product partners, design the go to operating model for APAC Transfer Agency.
- Drive the implementation of a digital operating model for APAC Transfer Agency, and oversee all operations staff assigned to digital transformation programmes.
- Drives the execution of all operational aspects of the Digital First Program and post implementation support.
- Conducts initial business cases and benefit estimates and manage the operations project governance planning, resource hiring, training, and assignment.
- Designs and implements optimum operational change management framework and builds to maximise migration and on-boarding efficiency.
- Manages operational cross project dependencies and contention and represent the programme in prioritisation forums securing required resources, builds, environments, and client agreements in partnership with Technology and Product partners.
- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs for TA operations.
- Defines key success criteria and metrics to monitor progress versus business goals.
- Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work.
- Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meet business objectives and partner with Program Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals.
- Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery.
- Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
- Directs the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
- Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
- Demonstrated experience in operational process management and deployment.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as a Program or Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects.
- 10+ years of relevant Transfer Agency/Funds Management experience, including 5-7+ years of managerial experience.
- Previous program/project management, consulting, technology and/or management.
- Excellent communication skills, written, oral and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Demonstrate an awareness of and experience operating in regulatory environment impacting Transfer Agency.
- Previous experience working in an operational area transforming to a digital operating model, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
