**About The Role**

We are excited to be expanding our dynamic marketing team with this newly created role for a Visual Storyteller based out of our Office in Ryde. Reporting into the Group Brand & Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our broader marketing team and Club Managers to plan, shoot and edit high-quality campaign content that resonates with our community and drives our brand forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Capture Hero Photos** of each club, showcasing their unique character and atmosphere.
- ** Develop Walk-through/Club Tour Videos** that give potential members an immersive experience.
- ** Produce Marketing Campaign Material** that aligns with our brand vision and marketing goals.
- ** Highlight Member Stories** with compelling testimonials that inspire and engage.
- ** Plan, Organise, and Coordinate Each Shoot** to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results.
- ** Generate Engaging Content Ideas** that captivate our audience and tell our brand's story.
- ** Build a Robust Content Library** comprising photo, video, and drone footage.
- ** Post Production/Editing/Colour Correcting** to enhance the quality and impact of your content.
- ** Optimise Content for Each Platform**, ensuring maximum reach and engagement on our website and social media channels.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a multi-disciplinary Videographer and Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for video/photo editing software, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop.
- Expertise in drone operation and aerial photography/videography.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a creative mindset.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience in high-volume photo and video post-production.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to a different club location each month.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual excellence.
- Experience working with Health & Fitness, Real Estate or Premium Hospitality Brands is highly regarded.
