**About BaptistCare George Forbes House**

George Forbes House is located in the city of Queanbeyan, boasting sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and is nearby to Canberra. Featuring peaceful, spacious grounds, quaint courtyards and an aviary and fishpond adds to the tranquil atmosphere.

The country comfort continues inside, where 85 generously sized rooms with en-suite bathroom. Two wings are dedicated to top-quality dementia care within a secure environment.

**About the role**:
BaptistCare George Forbes House is seeking experienced Kitchen Hand to assist with meal preparation and service delivery during meal times.

Duties may include
- Assistance in meal preparation and serving.
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love.

**Skills and Experience**:

- You are a team player, enjoy interacting with elderly people
- Enjoy working within kitchen environment, and have an understanding of food hygiene practices
- Previous kitchen/food service experience
