You will enjoy peaceful, spacious grounds, and quaint courtyards. 85 beds aged care centre with two wings are dedicated to top-quality dementia care within a secure environment.

**About the role**:
This is a casual positions with plenty AM/PM shifts to pick up

Duties may include
- Assistance with a wide range of Person Centred Care in accordance with Care Plan
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills and Experience**:

- You have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Support) or equivalent
- A born listener, you’re genuinely caring to know and understand people
- Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
- You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome
