- Full time**Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist**

Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated individual with a passion for numbers and finance? We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.

Lyndons is a long-established Qld construction and building supply company that is growing and is in need of motivated and proactive people to join our Accounts Payable team.

Lyndons own and operates a number of retails branches and steel processing facilities across locations across Queensland.

This position will be based at our **Windsor Head Office.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Full function accounts payable
- High volume invoice processing and matching Pos
- Managing and directing queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Other ad-hoc accounts and admin tasks as and when required.

**To be considered for this role you will need**:
**Essential skills/experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with an Admin or support role in a finance team
- Strong verbal and written communication to handle internal and external queries
- Intermediate Excel capability

**Ideally you will have**:

- Sage or ERP systems experience
