The Role: Territory Manager – Wanderlust, Loco Love & The Beauty Chef

Based in Melbourne/VIC, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, education, and brand advocacy across community pharmacy and health food retail channels.

You'll be the face of Wanderlust, Loco Love, and The Beauty Chef in-store, building strong relationships, inspiring retail partners, and ensuring every brand shines beautifully on the shelf and in the hearts of consumers. Your role will be to:

  • Create and deliver strategic sales plans to open new accounts and achieve growth targets.
  • Promote both new and existing products with enthusiasm, knowledge, and authenticity.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with retail teams and pharmacists.
  • Maintain a regular visit cycle to ensure strong brand presence, optimal stock levels, and exceptional merchandising.
  • Deliver engaging and educational product training sessions that inspire confidence and advocacy.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, always going the extra mile for retail partners.
  • Record and report insights, feedback, and opportunities from the field.
  • Represent our brands proudly at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Contribute to a vibrant, supportive, and high-performing sales team culture.
About You

You're energetic, commercially savvy, and passionate about wellness. You'll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Field or Territory Sales role.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the health and wellness or FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting ability.
  • A background in business, marketing, nutrition, or naturopathy (advantageous, but not essential).
  • A self-starter attitude - organised, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for wellbeing and conscious living.
  • A positive, energetic vibe that makes you a joy to work with
