Seeking a
**Venue Manager** for Australia’s most iconic Gentlemen’s club for over 40 Years (Adelaide - $95k)

With the best exotic dancers and the finest selection drinks, our client prides themselves on providing a great experience for their patrons.

The Venue Manager will lead by example, always acting with professionalism including appropriate dress code, attitude, work ethic and the way in which situations are handled. They will play an integral role in the efficient operation of the club ensuring appropriate protocols and procedures are followed by all staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Exceed and surpass customer service expectations
- Exceed financial targets in optimising revenue growth and maximizing profitability
- Carry out correct venue opening and closing as well as till balancing procedures
- Remain up to date with Liquor Licence, First Aid and Emergency Evacuation requirements
- Remain current and adhere to all relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol, sale of tobacco and licensing
- Actively search, hire and train bar and floor staff, ensuring fortnightly rosters are always fulfilled.
- Ensure ALL staff and contractors are inducted into the club properly
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and presentation
- Ensure all staff and contractors are adhering to all WOHS
- Maintain & document regular communication with operations
- Manage the promotional team as well as maintaining social media posts
- Ensure cash management procedures are adhered to.
- Proactively supervise all staff and contractors
- Receive Stock Invoices into the system in an efficient & timely manner

**Must have**:

- 3-5 years in a management role
- current RP badge
- current RSA
- Enjoy being hands-on in the day-to-day operation and lead by example, creating an environment where your team is encouraged and motivated to perform at their best
- Enjoys functions & events
- Have strong financial skills and the ability to stocktake
- Work with and communicate effectively with all departments
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
