About the Role
- Assist in managing the daily operational activities relating to research project submission and review processes in accordance with the Metro South Research Management Policy and Compliance Framework.
- Provide high quality general administrative support to the Research Compliance Office in association with other administrative staff within Metro South Research. Tasks include but are not limited to: electronic and hard copy document management, completing action items, maintaining internal and web based databases.
- Develop, implement, review and maintain internal systems, processes and work practices when required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding health and medical research regulation including legislative and industry standards, with particular focus on the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research and the Australian Code of Responsible Conduct of Research
