The HR Advisor manages the delivery of customer focused HR services across the employee life cycle from recruitment, legislation, change management, learning and development, WH&S, workforce planning, and performance and talent management. The HR Advisor will work in partnership with HR Business Partners and the Executive Director of Human Resources to design initiatives that provide a positive environment for employees and embed customer focused culture within Treasury.

**About the Team**
- The _**_Human Resources (HR) Team_**_ is responsible for leading and delivering people initiatives and activities across the full employment life cycle aligned to delivering Treasury’s business strategy. In partnership with Treasury leaders, we aim to maximise the potential of our people in achieving the delivery of highly capable and engaged people sought after for the quality of their advice. Human Resources focuses on enabling a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse team of professionals capable of high-performance and delivering results._
The **Business Partnering Team** is responsible for delivering initiatives, programs and services across the employee life cycle that enable NSW Treasury to deliver their organisational and change priorities. We manage diverse and complex human resource activities, consistent with relevant NSW public sector policies, practices and statutory requirements, providing strategic HR business partnering.
