The Strategy, Planning, Improvement and Innovation team are looking for a new team member
Our team is a dynamic support function that leads and enables critical strategic and transformation initiatives across Children's Health Queensland and the broader statewide paediatric network.
We are looking for a Principal Project Officer who will work as a key member of the broader Strategy, Planning, Improvement and Innovation team.
The position will work collaboratively with a broad range of key stakeholders and organisational leaders in the development and implementation of organisational frameworks, strategic and service level planning and priority CHQ improvement and innovation initiatives.
Some of the types of tasks and skills we will be looking for the role are:

- Project management
- Leading others through capability building activities and coaching
- Working collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders in co-design and implementation pieces
- Scoping and defining complicated and complex problems
- Application of local planning and improvement frameworks and methodologies
- Designing and implementing pilot(s)
- Workshop facilitation
- Presentation and public speaking
- Thought leadership
