We encourage an innovative, client focused and respectful approach to our work.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Coordinator to join our Quality and Clinical Care Team. This role is offered on a part-time (0.8 FTE) ongoing basis and will be based at our Coordination Unit in Carlton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the BreastScreen Victoria team and be involved in several exciting initiatives. The work you will do will contribute to reducing the impact of breast cancer and save lives through early detection.

The Business Process Coordinator will facilitate the development, documentation and ongoing maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP) for delivery of the screening and reading and assessment services. The position will be required to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, such as our screening and assessment services, to gain organisational support for implementation of the SOPs. Additionally, this role will also oversee our Image Sharing platforms, providing support to users as well as the development and facilitation of all minor-medium enhancements.

A large component of the role will be to document and maintain the processes for screening and reading and assessment service delivery, which will directly result in high quality client care for women who use the BSV program through workflow consistency and efficiency.
