**About our Opportunity**

As the Logistics Administrator and valued member of our team, you will act as the liaison point between customers and transport schedulers to enable jobs to be scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. You will actively be apart of our professional and dynamic team providing an exceptional level of service to our customers, you will need to be confident interacting with customers and internal personnel over the phone as you will to enquiries and confirm customer installation bookings and with drivers regarding potential access issues.

In addition, your administration tasks will include:

- checking maps and coordinates are correct for deliveries
- check and scan packaging paperwork and driver dispatch dockets
- data entry and scanning of transport shipping information, run sheets, driver log books and photos
- Raising purchase requisitions and booking accommodation for transport drivers

**About You**

We’re looking for a team player who's motivated and loves to contribute to a positive work environment, who has excellent communication skills and time management, We’re looking to leverage your exposure to administration tasks, who demonstrates a keenness to learn along with a good attitude to participate in our extensive training.

You will have:

- competency with utilising MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- experience with SAP preferred but not essential
- previous experience in a customer service/administration role
- ability to commit to Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
