**About you**

You are a competent and committed Accounts Payable Administrator who strikes a balance between process, time management, with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy taking responsibility for all aspects of AP, specialising across everything accounts, driving support to your colleagues when needed, as well as responding to all accounts inquires.

Reporting to our Finance Manager, our Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the following;
- Daily processing of remittances and banking into our accounting system
- Accounts payable processing of supplier invoices ensuring compliance with approval matrix
- Responding to general accounts tasks
- Assisting in completing a Vehicle Registration administration project
- Working closely with the operational team on project reconciliation and billing
- Completing and owning all components of the Accounts Payable and Receivable function
- Other general administrative and general office duties as required

**What you need**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Must be proficient in **MYOB**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts role preferably within the construction industry and/or associated industries will be a distinct advantage
- Accounting/Bookkeeping background experience will be viewed favourably
- Attention to detail is imperative and flagging anomalies a must
- Proactive in actioning, processing and dealing with paperwork is paramount
- A positive and professional attitude and approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of working to strict deadlines
