**Job Specification**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, explaining our product offerings, and assisting with inquiries.
- Manage shop operations such as inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist in setting up and managing our online store, including product listings, pricing updates, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and attract customers to our shop and website.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase our products and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic understanding of lighting products and their features.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service and/or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

**Location: Richmond, Melbourne**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
