**The Company**
Lotus People are thrilled to be partnering with a public sector organisation in seeking an outstanding Employee Relations Manager to join their collaborative and motivated HR team on a permanent basis. The organisation is located in Sydney CBD and offer WFH 2 days a week.
**The Role**
As the Employee Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and management of employee relations policies and programs. You will provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, including workplace investigations, and dispute resolution.

- Develop, implement, and manage employee relations policies and programs
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues
- Lead workplace investigations and conduct dispute resolution
- Provide training and development opportunities to management and employees
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the organisation in external forums

**Skills and experience**:
- Experienced in employee relations or human resources management
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
