**The Role**:
The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.

The person in this role will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.

You must be an Australian Citizen and be prepared to work on client's site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis and evaluation of existing systems and as-is processes.
- Leading and executing the discovery, design and delivery of D365 solution following ITD’s Scaled Agile Framework, ensuring client deliverables are of a high quality and align with ITD standards.
- Undertake client facing workshops to understand client requirements
- Collecting & Analysing business processes, Documentation, Mapping the requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Undertake product customisation and configuration in line with business requirements
- Providing solution overview training to business users explaining Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionality across various modules and processes
- Ability to support the testing team during SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production Environments
- Testing the end-to-end product scenarios in line with product standards and resolving conflicts with the help of the technical team
- Designing data mapping templates for data migration
- Providing post implementation and ongoing production support
- Preparing end user manuals and user training
- Understanding the modules being implemented and the setup and configuration options available leveraging the functionality of the platform.
- Creating and managing backlogs to support the implementation of the solution, including appropriate details and acceptance criteria.
- Identifying opportunities based on customer needs.
- Simulating and testing suggestions made to improve the target system.
- Testing functionality of the end product.
- Identifying and effectively communicating potential project risks or issues as they arise.
- Supporting data migration, mapping and importation of data into the new system.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in one or more of the following Dynamics 365 Apps, with a strong
- understanding of the others: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service.
- Experience with agile delivery and the use of Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar.
- Possess a sound knowledge of Power Apps Portals or Dynamics 365 Portals, including configuration of Web Forms, configuration of Web Roles and Permissions and the basic templates.
- Nice to have Microsoft D365/Power Platform Certifications.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
