**Ignite Health and Fitness Centre**, located at Mounties Mount Prichard, is a state-of-the-art facility within the community which comprises of a 1000m2 training floor that incorporates cardio and strength equipment, four studios, a functional training area, 25m pool and onsite physiotherapy suites.

**About the Role**

We are currently searching for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our fun team as a **Floor Attendant** at **Ignite Health and Fitness**

As a Floor Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our members and provide prompt and courteous service throughout our centre.

More specifically, some duties may include:

- Attend to all member and guest enquiries
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved in a positive and respectful manner
- Ensure all members are exercising correctly and in a safe environment, free from hazards and potential risks
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment is neat, tidy and ready for use
- Stock control replenish as required
- Adhere to all Centre & Club procedures
- Advocate, promote and sell gym membership
- Maintain the appropriate industry registrations and insurances, and comply with their respective polices and code of conducts
- Perform any other duties that may be reasonably requested at any time

**About You**

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

- Certificate III in Health and Fitness
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts 7 days a week between 5:00am and 9:00pm
